Announcement: The adoption of Prakas on licensing and supervision of digital assets businesses
On 31 December 2025, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia issued an announcement on the adoption of Prakas on licensing and supervision of digital assets businesses.
The entities that have successfully tested technology, business models, products, or services related to digital assets in the Digital Securities Sandbox can apply for a license to carry out digital asset businesses at the SERC in accordance with this Prakas.
